Accounts, Addresses, Postage, Requests and Registers can be manually entered, imported, edited and deleted.

Accounts, Addresses, Postage, Registers, Requests and Tracking can be automatically sync’d to and from MailOne.


Accounts
This page lets you add new, edit, delete, import and download MailOne compatible account import files.

Number, name, sort and records allow the user to filter and view only certain data.

The Clear button blanks filter fields and returns them to default.

To delete an account, select the account checkbox to the left of the account number. Then click the “Delete” button. It will ask for confirmation.

Click New and it will take the user to the Edit Account form to build a new account.

Click Import to go to the page to upload a text file list of accounts and descriptions.

Click Download to export a MailOne compatible account import file. It uses filter entries when downloading.

To edit an account click the link on the account number and it will take the user to the Edit Account form.



New/Edit Account
This is the page where the user can manually add or edit an account.

Number and Name are required.

Number – MailOne Account Number (may be alpha numeric).

Name – MailOne Account Description.

Charge – extra charge for each piece.

Default is $.
Percent checkbox indicates a % charge vs. $ charge.

Account Level – level of this account. MailOne supports up to 3 levels of accounts.

Active – is the account active or unchecked (inactive)? Default is checked/active account, inactive are not selectable in MailOne.

Save button will save/update the account details.

Cancel/Return button will not save data and returns to the Accounts page.



Import Accounts
This is where users will be able to upload accounts to be imported into MailOne.

The “Browse” button will open your file explorer for you to select your MailOne account import file.










Addresses
This page lets you add new, edit, delete, import and download MailOne compatible address import files.

Attention, sort and records allow the user to filter and view only certain data.

The Clear button blanks filter fields and returns them to default.

To delete an address, select the address’s checkbox to the left of the attention1. Then click the “Delete” button. It will ask for confirmation.

Click New and it will take the user to the Edit Address form to build a new Address.

Click Import to go to the Addresses page to upload a text file list of addresses.

Click Download to export a MailOne compatible address import file. It uses the current filter entries when downloading.

To edit an address click the link on the Attention1 and it will take the user to the Edit Address form.



New/Edit Address
This is the page where the user can manually add or edit an address.

Attention1, Address1, city, state and zip5 are required.

Attention1/Attention2 fields are for typically a receiver name or company.

Address1/Address2 are for street and apt/ste/space/#.

PO Box – Check if the address is a PO Box.

City, State and Zip5 of the address.

Phone and Email are for additional contact information.

Save button will save/update the address details.

Cancel/Return button will not save data and returns to the Addresses page.

Import Addresses
This is where an address file can be upload to be imported into MailOne.

If you need a blank template to fill your address info into click the
“Get an import template file” button; this will download a .csv file in the correct format.

Once you have an address file ready to be uploaded click the
“browse” button to open your file explorer to be able to select the file you want to upload.

With the address file selected clicking the “Upload File” button will upload the file.




Postage
This page is where the user can view/filter, delete and import MailOne/ReportOne postage.

Meter – if you have multiple meters you can filter by specific postage meter.

Account – enter text to filter by account. Blank returns all.

Date Range – enter date range to filter postage by.

Class – select from the drop down to filter by specific postage class. Blank returns all.

ExSvc (extra services) – select from the drop down to filter by specific extra services. Blank returns all.

Sort – sort filter results by date ascending or descending.

Records – the maximum number of records returned when the data is filtered.

Filter – filter postage details by text entered into filter fields.

Clear – clears filter entries and restore to default values.

Delete – delete any records with checkbox selected next to meter. Delete will ask for confirmation.

Import – forward to the Postage Uploads page for importing MailOne/ReportOne raw postage files.

Addl Fees = accounting + handling + extra services costs.



Import Postage
This is where the user can upload MailOne or ReportOne postage transactions export files.

Duplicates will not be imported. If you forgot the last export date/time pick a wider date range of data to be exported from MailOne/ReportOne.

If it’s your first time export and upload all your data.

For those of you with multiple meters make sure you select the correct one from the drop down list before importing the file.

Use the default export steps from the MailOne/ReportOne software. Your export file should include all fields, in the default order and be Semicolon (;) delimited.

Click the “browse” button to open your file explorer to be able to select the file you want to upload.

With the postage file selected clicking the “Upload File” button will upload the file.



Reports
This Page is where you create and run your reports. The filter criteria along the top will apply to any of the reports you run below.

Meter – if you have multiple meters you can filter by specific postage meter. Reports can be ran by a specific meter if multiple meters exist.

Account – enter text to filter by account. Blank returns all.

Date Range – enter date range to filter postage by.

Class – select from the drop down to filter by specific postage class. Blank returns all.

ExSvc (extra services) – select from the drop down to filter by specific extra services. Blank returns all.

To clear the filter criteria, click the “Clear” button.

To create a new report, click the “New Report” button.

To edit an existing report click the “Edit” button.

To delete an existing report click the “Delete” button.

To run a report with the corresponding filter criteria, click “Run Report”



New/Edit Report
This is the page where users can build and edit printable reports or csv views of their postage data. The report can either be displayed as a printed report or as csv data to be viewed or downloaded.

Printed Report

Report Title is required, duplicate titles are not allowed.

A printed report can be grouped by Account, Class, Extra Services, or a Postage detail report.

Check the Include Details checkbox to show detailed postage data for each piece on the report.

The report can group totals by either Day, Week, Month, Year, or All data together.

Check the Show Meter on Report checkbox to include meter name on the report.


CSV

Check the CSV Header checkbox to include a header line with field names.

For a CSV report simply click the fields in the order you want them displayed in the csv file.

Click the Save Report to save data in current fields.

Click the Cancel/Return button to not save entries and return to the Postage Reports page.

If the user is editing the report the New Report button will be visible.

Registers
This page lets the user add new, edit, delete, and filter postage meter registers.

Meter, date, sort and records allow the user to filter and view only certain data.

The Clear button blanks filter fields and returns them to default.

To delete a register, select the register checkbox to the left of the register entry. Then click the “Delete” button. It will ask for confirmation.

Click New and it will take the user to a blank form for adding a new register entry.

To edit an account click the link on the register’s Date entry and it will take the user to the Edit Registers form.

Only manually entered registers are able to be edited.






New/Edit Register
This is the page where the user can manually add or edit meter registers.

All fields are required.

Retrieve values from either your postage meter or MailOne.

Save button will save/update the register details.

Cancel/Return button will not save data and returns to the registers page.

If you are editing a current register the “New” button will give you a blank form for adding a new register entry.

Requests
This page is where the user can add new, edit and delete mailing requests.

Attn – is the Attention 1 field from Mailone. It is typically the name or company of the receiver.

Date Range – enter date range to filter requests by.

Sort – sort filter results by date ascending or descending.

Records – the maximum number of records returned when the data is filtered.

Filter – filter postage details by text entered into filter fields.

Clear – clears filter entries and restore to default values.

Delete – delete any records with checkbox selected next to request field. Delete will ask for confirmation.

New – goes to Edit Requests form so the user can build a new Request.





New/Edit Request
This page lets you add new and edit existing Mailing Requests.

Accounts are for applying cost accounting. Account is usually a number but will accept alpha-numeric, Description is the name associated with the Account.

If the user is filling in a new Account, Account and Description fields are required.

The Account field will autocomplete while typing with exisiting accounts stored in the system.

Product is the USPS class for this Mailing Request and is required.

Attention1, Address1, city, state and zip5 are required for package/CBP rates.

Attention1/Attention2 fields are for typically a receiver name or company.

Address1/Address2 are for street and apt/ste/space/#.

PO Box – Check if the address is a PO Box.

City, State and Zip5 of the address.

Phone and Email are for additional contact details.

Sender Name, Phone and Email are for additional sender details.

Page is to produce a printable page report of the current Request.

Label is to produce a printable label of the current Request.

Popup blocking must be disabled for this site to display these reports for printing.

Page and Label automatically shows the print dialog box for immediate printing.

Save button will save/update the request details.

Cancel/Return button will not save data and returns to the Requests page.



Tracking
This page is where the user can view/filter their MailOne/ReportOne tracking data.

Meter – if you have multiple meters you can filter by specific postage meter.

Account – enter text to filter by account. Blank returns all.

Date Range – enter date range to filter postage by.

Class – select from the drop down to filter by specific postage class. Blank returns all.

Sort – sort filter results by date ascending or descending.

Records – the maximum number of records returned when the data is filtered.

Filter – filter tracking data by text entered into filter fields.

Clear – clears filter entries and restore to default values.

Click the link on the Tracking Number and it will open a new tab to the USPS Tracking website to that specific package.
